Redmann’s Flooring & Design has been a trusted name in Anoka, MN, for over 65 years. What started as a small hobby shop on Main Street has become a full-service flooring and design showroom, helping homeowners and businesses transform their spaces with quality materials and expert craftsmanship.
Founded by Leo Redmann in 1956, our company evolved over the decades, expanding our expertise and services. In 2011, Mike Kulseth took sole ownership, continuing our tradition of craftsmanship and customer-focused service. Today, we specialize in residential remodels, new construction, and commercial projects, maintaining the same dedication to quality and innovation that has defined us for generations

Mike
I have been a part of Redmann’s since 1972, when Leo Redmann hired me as a delivery and warehouse employee. Starting as a truck driver, I’ve had the opportunity to learn every aspect of the business over the years. In 2011, I took sole ownership, continuing the tradition of quality and customer care that Redmann’s is known for. I take pride in helping our customers bring their projects to life, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to craftsmanship and service.
Connie
I have been passionate about interior design since childhood, always drawn to creating balance, color, and comfort in a home. I owned a design studio until 2007, when I merged with Mike at Redmann’s. Since then, I have enjoyed working with customers, handling accounting, bidding jobs, and supporting my co-workers. Family is incredibly important to me, both at home and at work, and I love being part of the Redmann’s team.
Bobbi
I have been an Interior Designer for Redmann’s since 2011. I graduated with a design degree in 2010. I have been in accounting, owned a daycare, and worked for a florist but I have never felt more at home than working for Redmann’s. I am motivated to help customers update their homes and make their spaces fresh and new.
Ben
I have been with Redmann’s since 2012, managing estimating, scheduling, and all aspects of the installation process, along with handling warehouse inventory. I enjoy helping customers understand their projects and get excited about the transformation. My goal is to support them every step of the way and ensure they know what to expect during installation.
